Under New 'Organization'

JCWCC becomes JCW Computer Consulting, LLC

1/01/2002 -- When Joel Wilson began providing computer services back in 1992, he did not know his organization would span more than ten (10) years. The company was originally founded as a sole proprietorship. From the tremendous growth in the company it has become necessary to change the type of business organization to allow greater growth, investors and partners.

Mr. Wilson began the process of establishing the Limited Liability Company in 1998. This new entity began conducting business on January 1, 2002.
