Discounted Billing Rate only $85 Per Hour

TechniCall Software Phone Support

TechniCALL is prepaid software support card, which provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week phone support for more than 60 top industry applications including Lotus Notes.

The TechniCALL cards are valid for one (1) year after registration. To receive software application support, simply dial the toll-free number, key in your personal PIN number and connect live to over a hundred software technicians at a ISO9002-certified call center.

 TechniCALL cards come in 3 to 25 incident packs. Lotus Notes support come in 5 to 25 incident packs. An incident is defined as a resolution to single problem. If a problem cannot be resolved in one call, the incident can be retained in an "open" status until it is resolved.
