Since 1992 JCWCC has been providing support to organizations supporting the senior population. In 1997 JCWCC outfitted the below Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) Tenant Council sites with State-of-the-Art Internet & Video Conferencing Windows Based Computer Systems to help empower the tenants to embrace the technological revolution.
